Content loaded from other services

This site loads some images from Unsplash. To deliver them Unsplash receives your IP address and browser details in the normal way. It does not set cookies through this site. Our fonts are served from this website, so no font service receives your details.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any introduction, and normally for no longer than six years after our last contact with you. This reflects the time limits for legal claims and our need to keep records of introduction fees. If you book a call and nothing follows, we review and delete the record sooner.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to have it transferred to you or another organisation, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Some rights only apply in certain circumstances. To use any of them, contact us using the details above. We will not charge you in most cases.

Complaints about how we use your data

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first so we can put it right. Our complaints page explains how. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We will update this notice when how we use personal data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
