Accessibility statement

Short answer

We want everyone to be able to use this website. We have designed it to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA.

Updated

What we have done

  • Text and interface colours meet WCAG contrast requirements.
  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with visible focus and a skip link to the main content.
  • Pages use proper headings, landmarks and lists so screen readers can navigate them.
  • Text can be enlarged to 200 per cent and the layout adapts to small screens without horizontal scrolling.
  • The booking form has labels for every field, groups related choices and explains any errors in text with links to the field concerned.
  • Images that carry meaning have text alternatives.
  • Nothing on the site flashes, moves on its own or has a time limit.

Known limitations

Some links go to legislation, the FCA and other websites that we do not control, and their accessibility may differ from ours. If you find anything on this site that is hard to use, please tell us.

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or need information in a different format, call us on 020 7566 0044 or email us. Tell us the page and what went wrong and we will fix it or get the information to you another way. You can also book a call instead of using any written material on the site.
