How to complain to us
Contact us by phone on 020 7566 0044, by email or by post to Non-Regulated, Introvisory Ltd, 105 Farringdon Road, London EC1R 3BU. Please tell us:
- your name and how to contact you

- what you would like us to do to put it right
What we will do
We will acknowledge your complaint, tell you who is dealing with it and when you can expect a full response. We will look at what happened, including our notes of any calls, and give you a written answer explaining what we found and what we will do about it. If we need more time we will tell you why.
Who can look at a complaint about our service
Our perimeter calls and introductions are not provided under our FCA authorisation, so the Financial Ombudsman Service may not be able to consider a complaint about them. We will still deal with your complaint ourselves as described above. Our regulatory status
Complaints about your personal data
If your complaint is about how we have collected, used, shared or kept your personal data, we will handle it in the same way and answer the data protection points specifically. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. Our privacy notice explains your rights.
Complaints about a firm we introduced you to
Solicitors and specialists we introduce you to are responsible for their own services and have their own complaints procedures, which they should explain when you instruct them. If you are not satisfied with how a solicitor deals with a complaint about their service, you may be able to take it to the Legal Ombudsman. Complaints about the conduct of a solicitor can be reported to the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Please also let us know. We want to hear if an introduction did not work out as it should.
