If your question is sensitive
If the FCA has been in touch, a bank or payment provider is reviewing your account, or your question involves details you would rather not put in writing, a call is the best place to start. We are not lawyers, so what you tell us is unlikely to be covered by legal professional privilege. On the call we can tell you whether you should speak to a solicitor first.
